Vitafoods Europe is now scheduled to take place between 1-3 September 2020. The venue is unchanged; the show will still be located at Palexpo, Geneva, Switzerland.

Your registration will be automatically transferred to the September event. Vitafoods Europe 2019 saw 24,211 visitors attend from 112 countries. The top ten visiting countries were as follows:

Our content team is working with proposed speakers to confirm the agenda for the September dates. We will share any changes with you as soon as we are able to.

Vitafoods Europe will not reimburse ancillary expenses. We are working with vendors to minimise the impact on our exhibitors, but any refund requests should be addressed directly with the provider.

We are and will continue to closely monitor developments of Novel Coronavirus, as your health, safety and wellbeing are our utmost priority, and will work with the Swiss government and local authorities to assess the situation nearer the time.

We strongly recommend all attendees to maintain good hand, respiratory and personal hygiene. We will work closely with Palexpo to enhance preventative measures at the event, to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, and the following hygiene measures will be in place at the show:

  • Frequent cleaning and disinfection with specific attention to high-contact zones (doorknobs, handrails, etc), public areas, washrooms, café areas and registration areas
  • Four-hourly air extraction, increasing the circulation of air
  • Sanitisers in all registration areas, show-floor conference theatres, the media centre and organisers offices
  • On site infirmary and doctor will be available for first aid

Additional official communication from the Swiss government will be provided at entry points and in several locations around the exhibition, communicating the most recent guidance.
