Our annual Vitafoods Europe event is back! This year we will be adopting a hybrid format to continue to provide industry professionals with access to exclusive experiences, insights and networking opportunities than ever before. 

Vitafoods Europe 2021 will give you the option to register to attend virtually, in-person or both! Select your preferred format from the options available.

You may already know what to expect at our events if you joined us in-person back in 2019 or online at one of our virtual events, but planning for a hybrid event may be a little different. We have a few tips for you!

What to check before travelling to Vitafoods Europe

If you are able to join us in Geneva, you can rest assured that your health and safety will be our number one priority. 

In addition to COVID Certificate checks on entry, we will continue to implement enhanced venue cleaning and ventilation; sanitiser stations throughout the venue; contactless registration and stand builds to maximise space. The use of face masks and social distancing are also advised within the Palexpo venue.

If you are a visitor you can spread the word by inviting your social network to the event, simply by selecting your preferred social network in the confirmation email you have received.

If you are a speaker you can share details of your session. Sharing your banner takes less than two minutes, just follow a personal link you will receive by email, choose your favourite design, and share to your preferred social network.

If you are an exhibitor,  you will receive more information on how to access your banner in the exhibitor resource centre as part of your onboarding.


Next Steps

  • Did you know this year all badges are digital? You can download your digital badge to your mobile phone. If you do not have a smartphone please get in touch to discuss your options with customer services.

    Please note that hybrid visitors can access both the in-person and online event from 4-8 October 2021 using the same digital badge.
  • You can upgrade to VIP from just €160 to benefit from fast-tracked entry to the exhibition, free use of the on-site cloak room, access to the VIP lounge with refreshments and more!
