Women in Nutraceuticals (WIN) is a not-for-profit organization founded in 2022 by a cohort of global nutraceutical leaders whose goal it is to inspire, empower and motivate women to achieve personal and professional success. WIN brings together like-minded women and men of influence in the global nutraceutical industry to support others in taking career steps to realize social, economic, and professional equity. WIN is igniting a movement around gender parity in the nutraceutical industry focused on increasing the percentage of women holding leadership roles, funding for women-led businesses, and women’s participation in science and research in female populations.
