Thank you for registering for the Vitafoods Virtual Expo. The platform is now open and we encourage you to log on to the platform and start booking your meetings and schedule the sessions and speakers you don’t want to miss.

We want your experience at the digital event to be completely seamless. So, we have put together a visitor guide and a walk-through video which will help you set up your profile and navigate the platform.

The platform is now open for matchmaking - log in to the platform using your email address to start booking your 1:1 meetings now.


How to start using the platform? A step-by-step guide

If you already registered and logging in for the first time, just simply follow this link to create your profile: vitafoods.eventnetworking.com

Select 'I'm a new user' and click 'Activate my account'. You will recieve an email asking to confirm your email address. Click on the 'Confirm Email' link and follow the steps on the screen to complete your profile.

Please note it is important you specify your interests so that we can suggest you business connections and content that matter to you.

In 'About Me' section, you will be asked to confirm a few details such as your profile picture, job title and company name. Add your phone number if you would like to receive SMS reminders during the event.

In 'Interests' section, you can select and confirm the products and services you are looking for. This step is very important as it gives our algorithm the necessary information to match you with our exhibitors.

Make sure ‘My Availability’ is up to date, to ensure meetings get booked in at a time that suits you.

The algorithm will recommend exhibitors that match your interests and preferences you select in your profile. You can also find new business connections and advance filtering options. 

'Auto Suggestions' gives you a list of suggested exhibitors based on your preferences. You can also 'Search' exhibitors using the drop-down options by type or sector area.

You can keep track of your incoming and outgoing meetings in your inbox. Respond to an invite by either accepting, declining, reassigning to a colleague. Meeting invitations display some information about the user, time, date and location of the meeting. There is also an option to connect before the meeting and even invite other colleagues to join.

You can manage your full show diary in the ‘My Schedule’ section. Block out times when you are unavailable. The recipients of your meeting requests choose the time and date of your meetings, so it’s important that this is up to date. 


General Information

The platform will open all day to browse, send meeting invites, consume content. Please note, meetings can only take place 07:00-18:00 BST during Vitafoods Virtual Expo and 08:00-18:00 BST during Vitafoods Virtual Summit.
