The Advice Centre was a unique knowledge hub where visitors could gain invaluable industry insights to further their business growth. It was dedicated to core industry areas, offering visitors one-to-one consultations with experts providing advice on areas such as:

  • Aginko Research - health advise on comprehensive preclinical and clinical trialmanagement to pharmaceutical, biotechnological and food companies for boneand cartilage health.
  • Bird & Bird - international law firm, delivering expertise across a full range of legalservices, including commercial, corporate, competition and intellectual property.
  • Healthy Marketing Team -  innovation experts from Healthy Marketing Teamand Co-Innovation Group wanting to help visitors test their innovation profile.
  • University of Aberdeen, Rowett Institute - addressed issues such as food inequalities, food security and obesity, as well as supporting innovation for the food industry.

During Vitafoods Europe visitors were offered the opportunity to try parts of this tool at the Advice Centre. They could learn about the results and conclusions from an Innovation Culture Audit that has been developed by Healthy Marketing Team and Co-Innovation Group, together with industry experts and researchers from Lund University.

This tool, which is based on the four archetypes of innovation, has been successfully used to assess and develop companies’ innovation capability during the past three years. At Vitafoods Europe 2017, all visitors were offered to try parts of this tool for free! 

Visitors met the innovation culture experts from Healthy Marketing Team and Co-Innovation Group and took their 2-minute test to find out what their innovation profile is. Moreover, they learnt about the four archetypes of innovation that they need to effectively commercialise innovation and how to improve their innovation capability.
