Planning your visit

The event will take place in-person in Geneva on 10 - 12 May 2022 and online 2 – 13 May.

The online platform is open 24 hours a day, meetings will be from 9-5pm Geneva time.

At the event in Geneva, opening times are:

  • Tuesday 10 May 2022, 9:30 - 18:00 
  • Wednesday 11 May 2022, 9:30 - 18:00 
  • Thursday 12 May 2022, 9:30 - 16:00

Vitafoods Europe takes place in Palexpo, Geneva and takes over Halls 2-6.

Vitafoods Europe is held at the Palexpo in Geneva.

By Public Transport - The Palexpo is ten minute walk from the airport and its railway station, where trains provide connections for all of Switzerland (Geneva in less than 10 minutes, Lausanne in 40 minutes and Zurich in less than 3 hours). Beat the traffic by using a train to get to our events hassle-free!

By car  - There are 2800 car parking spaces for visitors and exhibitors in the P12 car park.

Some exhibitors will need a visa to enter Switzerland. Please reach out to our Customer Service team if you need any help with this via [email protected]

You will be able to find the floorplan for the event on our event platform nearer to the show. 

Registration & Badges 

For security purposes all visitors are requested to register. Registrations can be made in advance online or onsite during exhibition opening hours. You can register here.

Yes you can register at the event during opening hours, please note there will be a charge of €160 charge to register at the event. We therefore recommend registering before for free. Register here.

Once you register you get a confirmation email with a link to your digital badge. This event is a paperless event and will be digital badges only. You will also be able to view your digital badge in the Vitafoods Europe event platform.

As this is a paperless event, you will not need to print your badge. If you have difficulties downloading your badge online, please contact [email protected]

About the online event

A SMART or a hybrid event when the event is hosted both online and in-person. Vitafoods Europe 2022 is being held in this way to allow even more people the chance to experience everything we've got to offer.

The online event runs from the 2 – 13 May 2022.

Overall expected attendance is 25,000+, including both online and in-person attendance.

Vitafoods Europe is a trade event for the nutraceuticals industry and not open to the general public. The event is open only to industry professionals.

As this is a trade event, no one under the age of 18 will be permitted into the exhibition hall.
