Your checklist for Vitafoods Europe 2021

We’re not far away from being able to open the doors at Palexpo, Geneva. This year Vitafoods Europe will be paper-FREE. We made this decision to keep you safe and minimise contact points. Instead, we have a number of digital tools available, including a digital badge and QR codes so that you get all the information you need, only with a click (or a scan)!

We created this infographic to help you plan your visit and be prepared and detailed steps on what you should be doing before the event, during the event and after the event. 

A little preparation is needed but we promise, it is worth it!

 

Step 1: Check latest travel advice

You can rest assured that your health and safety will be our number one priority. In addition to COVID Certificate checks on entry, expect sanitiser stations throughout the venue; contactless registration and stand builds to maximise space.

Step 2: Save your digital badge

Save your digital badge on your mobile phone sent to you in your registration email confirmation. If you can't find this email, don't worry we will send this email closer to the time. If you do not have a smartphone please get in touch with us here: [email protected]

Step 3: Create your schedule

Plan sessions ahead by logging in to our virtual platform here. By logging in, you will be able to see all the sessions, add to your calendar the ones you are planning to attend and book onsite meetings. 

Step 4: Charge your phone

You will need your phone to enter the event and scan QR codes to get exhibitor information, access premium content and navigate the showfloor . 

Make sure you charge your phone before the event or bring your tablet to help you scan and access all content around the event. 

Step 1: Be ready to enter the event

You made it to Geneva! Now, be prepared for the venue check and have ready your digital badge, your COVID certificate and a photo ID ready for inspection.

Step 2: Download the digital pocket map

When you enter, there will be a QR available to scan for the digital pocket map. By downloading the app, you will see the floorplan, what's on now and the floorplan to help you find the stands of the exhibitors you want to connect with, and the show features you can interreact with. 

Step 3: Build your Product & Content Library
Download content and information about exhibitors and their products by scanning QR codes:

  • Open a link with your digital badge and QR scanner
  • Click Scan QR Code
  • Allow the application to access the camera on your device

Step 4Keep your phone charged 

We have increased the of re-charge points throughout the venue so you can navigate the event and scan QR codes to get the information you need to have a
successful Vitafoods Europe.

Just make sure you bring your charger!

Step 1: Login to the virtual platform

All theatre sessions will be live streamed and will be available to watch on demand for 7 days after the event on the Event Platform. Login and re-watch interesting sessions or catch-up on the ones you missed.

Step 2: Access your Product & Content library

After the event we will send you a link with your personalised library you created during the event. There you will have access to all the QR codes you scanned including guides, magazines, exhibitor information. 

Step 3: Let us know how we can improve

A week after the platform closes, we will send out a feedback survey to hear your thought and how we can improve. Please complete this quick survey so that we can serve you better and bring the people you want to meet.
