  • How can I book accomodation at Vitafoods Europe 2020?

  • How do I apply for a visa invitation letter?

If you require a visa invitation letter to attend Vitafoods Europe 2020, you can fill in this visa invitation letter application form. Our team will review your application and get back to you. Note that the visa invitation letter may take up to 3 weeks to be issued.

  • What is Vitafoods Connect?

Vitafoods Connect is the new online directory where you can showcase your products and expertise to prospects and customers. The directory has a brand-new look and feel, and a number of new and exciting features to allow our audience to search for and connect with you. Enhanced features include more categories to select from, the ability to add your products and engagement analytics you can access. All confirmed exhibitors have access to Vitafoods Connect but we offer packages to enhance your profile and stand out from competition. Discover all options here. 

  • How do I access my profile on Vitafoods Connect?

 You can register and login to Vitafoods Connect through this link or from your Exhibitor Resource Centre. Note that only the operations contact from your contract has access to Vitafoods Connect initially but more contacts can be added by this contact. See how to add contacts in the how-to guide here.  

  • How can I update my contact details on Vitafoods Connect?

Go to Vitafoods Connect and change your contact details under your "Event Listing" section. 

  • How do I change my stand number or company name on Vitafoods Connect?

If you want to change your company name or your stand number contact your account manager. Alternatively, please fill in this form.

  • How do I upgrade my package?

See all the available packages and choose the option that suits your needs and budget. 

Exhibitor Resource Centre Queries

  • What is the Exhibitor Resource Centre?

Exhibitor Resource Centre is the new name for your Exhibitor Manual, this will contain all the information you need to plan your stand, promote your stand and discover sponsorship opportunities to enhance your presence at Vitafoods Europe 2020. However, your Resource Centre has been built around your needs and not only your commitments. There, you will have access to everything you need to know about the event to equip you with the knowledge needed for future success. 

  • When will I be able to access the Exhibitor Resource Centre?

You now have access to your Exhibitor Resource Centre through this link. If you do not have recieved your contact details, please fill in this form and a member of our team will get back to you with your login details. 

  • How can I update my contact details on the Exhibitor Resource Centre?

Log in to Vitafoods Connect and change your contact details under your "Event Listing" section. There, you will be able to change your company description, your company categories, your contact details and your social media handles.  

  • What are the forms I need to submit in the Exhibitor Resource Centre?

The forms that you will need to submit are mostly related to the consutruction of your stand but also on the marketing tools we have available to you. Look out for the monthly newsletter to stay informed on upcoming deadlines. Alternatively, you can access your monthly planner to see what you will need to complete each month from now, until Vitafoods Europe 2020. 

Stand queries:

  • How can I view my stand location on the floorplan?

Access the interactive floorplan here. 

  • How can I check what is included in my stand package?

You can find this information by login in to your Resource Centre, under the section "Plan your stand". 

  • How do I change the location of my stand?

Please send an email to your account manager or Aimee Went with details of what type of stand you are looking to move too or a specific stand number if you have one in mind. Your account manager will then get in touch to discuss the details with you further.

  • How do I know how many open side my stand has?

Check your contract for your stand space, this will detail how many open sides you have. 

  • How do I check my stand type package?

Check your contract for your stand space, this will either say shell scheme or space only. 

  • What is the difference between space only and shell scheme stand types?

If you have booked a space only stand you receive only the space on the show floor and must appoint a contractor to design and build your stand for you. Freeman our official contractor can do this for you – contact them for more information on how to get started with a stand design.Shell scheme stands receive a package including; carpet, spotlights (1/3sqm), wall panels and a fascia nameboard printed with company name and logo for each open side. No furniture or electrical sockets are included – find out how to order these below. 

  • How do I change my stand type?

Contact your account manager who will be in touch to discuss your options. Please note the minimum size for a space only stand is 20sqm.

  • What is the minimum size for a space only stand?

The minimum size for a space only stand is 20sqm.

  • What are the shell scheme regulations?

If you have booked a shell scheme stand there are a couple of key points to keep in mind when planning your stand:

  1. It is not possible to remove your fascia nameboards 
  2. It is permitted to have a bespoke fascia nameboard but this must be ordered, printed and installed by the official contractor, Freeman. Bespoke fascia’s are not included in the standard shell scheme package.
  3. It is not possible to exceed the height of the shell scheme with any element of your stand- 2.41m
  4. Construction is not permitted within a shell scheme stand.

Stand construction queries:

  • How do I find out who I need to contact in order to make an order?

You can find the list of suppliers and the services they provide here.

  • How can I order furniture for my stand?

Individual furniture items can be ordered with Freeman through the Exhibitor Resource Centre. 

  • How do I order electrics for my stand?

You will be able to order electrics through the Palexpo Online Shop. Login to your Resource Centre, under "Plan your stand" and Palexpo will also be able to assist you with how much power you need to order for your stand based on your requirements.   • How do I know where I need services to be positioned on my stand?

Our suppliers will ask you to submit a grid plan with your orders to show where items such as power sockets, furniture or storage cupboards should be built.

  • How can you become a sponsor?

As an exhibitor, you can access our Sponsorship Portal when you login to your Exhibitor Resource Centre.  In the sponsorship portal you will find sponsorship opportunities that cover your specific needs, and if you can’t find what you’re looking for we are happy to discuss your requirements and create a bespoke package for you!

Marketing queries:

  • How to I update my profile on the Exhibitor List?

To update the categories you appear under  you will have to Log in to Vitafoods Connect and change your contact details under your "Event Listing" section. There, you will be able to change your company description, your company categories, your contact details and your social media handles.  

  • What are my available marketing tools?

You have access to a number free marketing tools that you can use to promote your stand pre-event, at-event and post-event. These include a personalised web banner, a branded e-vite, press releases, podacasts and many more. 

A full list of the available tools can be found in your Resource Centre, under the "Promote your stand" section. 

  • How do I submit the Event Guide entry?

The Event Guide entry should be completed under the Promote your stand section of the Resource Centre. 

  • Where can I find my personalised web banners?

The personalised web banners can be found under the Personalised marketing tools option "Promote your stand" section of the Resource Centre.
