General:

Customer Centre is the new name for your Exhibitor Manual, this will contain all the information you need to plan your stand, raise your
profile and enhance your presence at Vitafoods Europe 2019. See the section "Customer Centre" for more information. 

Please email Aimee Went with the updates and make sure you include your company name, stand number and full contact details.

Vitafoods Europe takes place in Halls 4-6 at Palexpo.

You will find a list of your Compulsory forms in your Customer Centre when this is live in December.

BCD Meetings and Events are our official accommodation supplier and have negotiated rates at hotels in Geneva, you can view the full list of available rooms and rates here.

The Starling is the official HQ hotel for Vitafoods Europe, it’s a short 5 minute walk (through P12) car park to get to the venue and the hotel runs a free shuttle service to and from the airport. For more information or to make a booking contact Sarah at BCD e: sarah@bcdme.com

Customer Centre

Customer centre is the new name for your Exhibitor Manual, this will contain all the information you need to plan your stand, raise your
profile and enhance your presence at Vitafoods Europe 2019. 

Once your Customer Centre is live the operations contact on your account will receive an email in December with a link to the log in page.

You will be able to access our suppliers online shops and order forms from the Forms section of your Customer Centre.

All of our official suppliers have been issued with supplier stamps with their logo and show branding, whenever you receive an email from
one of them this should be included. If in doubt, you can check the official suppliers page for a full list or alternatively email victoria.ryder@informa.com

Please send an email to your account manager or Aimee Went with details of what type of stand you are looking to move too or a specific stand number if you have one in mind. Your account manager will then get in touch to discuss the details with you further.

If you have booked a space only stand you receive only the space on the show floor and must appoint a contractor to design and build your stand for you. Freeman our official contractor can do this for you – contact them for more information on how to get started with a stand design.

Shell scheme stands receive a package including; carpet, spotlights (1/3sqm), wall panels and a fascia nameboard printed with company name and logo for each open side. No furniture or electrical sockets are included – find out how to order these below

If you have booked a shell scheme stand there are a couple of key points to keep in mind when planning your stand:

1. It is not possible to remove your fascia nameboards

2. It is permitted to have a bespoke fascia nameboard but this must be ordered, printed and installed by the official contractor, Freeman. Bespoke fascia’s are not included in the standard shell scheme package.

3. It is not possible to exceed the height of the shell scheme with any element of your stand- 2.41m

4. If you appoint a stand contractor other than Freeman to decorate your stand they must submit a design and health and safety forms for review and approval.

You will be able to order electrics through the Palexpo Online Shop through the Customer Centre in December. Palexpo will also be able to assist you with how much power you need to order for your stand based on your requirements. You can contact Michelle Jermann for further information.

We off three set furniture packages for Vitafoods Europe, for further information please contact Aimee Went.

Individual furniture items can be ordered with Freeman through the Customer Centre once this is live in December.

Our suppliers will ask you to submit a grid plan with your orders to show where items such as power sockets, furniture or storage cupboards should be built.
