If you require a visa invitation letter to attend Vitafoods Europe 2020, you can fill in this visa invitation letter application form. Our team will review your application and get back to you. Note that the visa invitation letter may take up to 3 weeks to be issued.
Vitafoods Connect is the new online directory where you can showcase your products and expertise to prospects and customers. The directory has a brand-new look and feel, and a number of new and exciting features to allow our audience to search for and connect with you. Enhanced features include more categories to select from, the ability to add your products and engagement analytics you can access. Exhibitor Resource Centre is the new name for your Exhibitor Manual, this will contain all the information you need to plan your stand, promote your stand and discover sponsorship opportunities to enhance your presence at Vitafoods Europe 2020. However, your Resource Centre has been built around your needs and not only your commitments. There, you will have access to everything you need to know about the event to equip you with the knowledge needed for future success.

The forms that you will need to submit are mostly related to the consutruction of your stand but also on the marketing tools we have available to you. Look out for the monthly newsletter to stay informed on upcoming deadlines. If you have booked a space only stand you receive only the space on the show floor and must appoint a contractor to design and build your stand for you. Freeman our official contractor can do this for you – contact them for more information on how to get started with a stand design.Shell scheme stands receive a package including; carpet, spotlights (1/3sqm), wall panels and a fascia nameboard printed with company name and logo for each open side. No furniture or electrical sockets are included – find out how to order these below.

Individual furniture items can be ordered with Freeman through the Exhibitor Resource Centre.
You will be able to order electrics through the Palexpo Online Shop. Login to your Resource Centre, under "Plan your stand" and Palexpo will also be able to assist you with how much power you need to order for your stand based on your requirements. Please contact [email protected] for further information.
Our suppliers will ask you to submit a grid plan with your orders to show where items such as power sockets, furniture or storage cupboards should be built.

As an exhibitor, you can access our Sponsorship Portal when you login to your Exhibitor Resource Centre. In the sponsorship portal you will find sponsorship opportunities that cover your specific needs, and if you can’t find what you’re looking for we are happy to discuss your requirements and create a bespoke package for you!

You have access to a number free marketing tools that you can use to promote your stand pre-event, at-event and post-event. These include a personalised web banner, a branded e-vite, press releases, podacasts and many more.
