With so many content and networking opportunities at Vitafoods Europe, it’s crucial that you manage your time effectively to get the most out of the event. We’ve made this as easy as possible with a number of unique features to help improve your experience.
Manage your show diary in the "My Schedule" tab, to let others know when you are available for meetings. In this tab, you can also see the entire schedule for the event. You can favourite content sessions, request meetings, and receive meeting invites, all of which will appear under this tab. It can be hard to keep track of every single meeting request and invite, so we’ve made these easily accessible through clicking on your "Inbox".
You’ll be able to see all your confirmed, pending, and cancelled meetings, allowing you to plan accordingly. The platform is extremely flexible, and these can be easily rescheduled if you wish to do so.
You can watch sessions live by visiting "Thematic Stages" or the "Main Stage" or add them to your schedule to watch them on-demand at a time that suits you.
As outlined in our previous guide, it’s also important to make sure that your "availability" on your profile is up to date, ensuring that you don’t miss out on any potential meetings or content sessions. We’ll also be sending out your "daily agenda" via email prior to each day of the event. The agenda will serve as a reminder for all your meetings and content sessions, ensuring that you don’t miss a thing at this year's edition of Vitafoods Europe.
