Help With Online Registration

I don't have a Registration Code
Your registration code can be found on the visitor invite you may have received or at the top of any visitor invitation email you receive. 

If you have not received an invite or an email, please leave the registration code box blank.

I've forgotten if I've already registered

I'd like to register my colleagues
Each individual will need to complete an online registration - we highly recommend that registration is completed beforehand online as this will save you the €80 entrance fee and also reserve your free event guide.

I'm not sure if my registration has been completed
At the end of a registration a confirmation will appear on screen - if this doesn't appear the registration has not been completed.  Please hit the GO BACK button and register again - your details will remain in the form and will not need to be re-keyed.

I need to amend my details
If you wish to update your details at any time please vist www.vitafoods.eu.com/badge and enter your badge number which will have been emailed to you when you completed your online registration - this will allow you to amend or update your advance registration.  If you have lost your badge number, please call the visitor hotline on +44 (0)20 337 73111

When will I receive my badge?
Your badge will be mailed to you about two weeks prior to the event - if for any reason your badge does not arrive, a copy can be printed onsite, simply present yourself to the registration desk at the entrance of the exhibition.
