The best way to ensure that your company has a successful event is to invite your customers.

It is important to us that you get the most out of your company's presence at the show and we are here to help.

We encourage as many visitors as possible to register in advance and to attend the show. So the more people you invite, the more likely it is that you will have a busy stand and a successful exhibition.

The key to a successful exhibition is ensuring your current and prospective customers visit your stand. The best way to do that is to invite them - it's as easy as that... and it's FREE!

We have designed a range of time-saving FREE marketing tools to help you promote your stand at Vitafoods Europe 2012 and support your marketing activities.

As part of the exhibiting package you are entitled to an entry on the Vitafoods Europe 2012 website.

You should already have been sent your login details to the secure area of the website which will allow you to update your entry on the website including amending company details, adding your logo, press releases and product information.

Make sure you keep this area up to date so that all visitors to the website can view all the latest information about your company.

We will send you printed Visitor Invitations upon request.

We can also provide you with as many additional printed Visitor Invitations as you need.

Send them out with your own letter, regular direct mail and invoices, inviting your customers and prospects. You can also ask your sales teams to hand them out at client visits.

Please order your invites no later than 17 February 2012.

Create your own electronic Evites to send to your customer and prospect database via email. Evites are HTML emails personalised with your logo and enable you to include additional text about your company including your logo, stand number and details regarding the products / services that your customers can expect to see at the show. This is a very popular option as there are no postage costs...

A targeted VIP Programme is taking place to bring the most influential industry buyers and key decision-makers to the exhibition.

How does the VIP Programme work?
You send us your list of top industry buyers with contact details and we will create a dedicated and branded email on your behalf, inviting your clients to the event. These potential visitors will be given a special VIP registration code to use when they register.

As a VIP they can attend our  Networking Drinks Reception. If required, we can also organise a tour for these clients to be taken around Vitafoods Europe.

 Complete the VIP Nomination form advising us of your top industry buyers that you would like to invite to the event.

Event Guide Entry - FREE

Ensure you submit your free Event Guide entry by completing the form in the Online Exhibitor Zone. Your login details are the same as your website login. All Vitafoods Europe visitors receive a free copy of the Event Guide, allowing you extensive exposure even after the exhibition is over.
