Exhibitor Badges

How many exhibitor badges is my company entitled to?

You can order 10 badges for colleagues through the exhibitor manual.

These need to be picked up at the venue from the Registration desk on Sunday and Monday of build up.

Contractor Passes are different to Exhibitor Badges and only valid during build-up and breakdown periods. These can be collected on site from the Organiser Office or Security at the main Vehicle doors entry points.

Does the exhibitor badge give me access to any seminars?

Seminars are free to attend for all exhibitors. Your badge will not give you access to the Conference, however, you are entitled to buy delgate passes at a reduced cost. Please contact Sue Penfold (email:sue.penfold@informa.com) for further details.

My badge hasn't arrived, where is it?

Badges ARE NOT being mailed in 2013. You can pick up your badge on arrival at Palexpo from the Registration desks on days 1 & 2 of build up.


Do I have insurance cover?

Please refer to your insurance cover documents sent when you signed your contract or your own cover documents for details of insurance cover.

How can I register for a press pass?

Please contact Catherine Mallaband at Storm PR to arrange a press pass should you have your own PR team.

Where is my visa invite letter?

If you or any of your team require a visa to enter Switzerland you need to apply for a invitation letter from us. This can be done in the exhibitor manual or by contacting amy.ford@informa.com
Please be advised that at peak times turnaround for these letters can be 3-5 working days and our offices are not open Saturday/Sunday.

Can visitors have access to the show floor during set-up and teardown hours?

For security and safety reasons visitors cannot have access to the show floor during non-show floor hours. Please do not schedule any meetings with attendees at your stand during non-show floor hours.
