The Board’s primary mission is to assist in the design and development of the conference programme for Vitafoods Europe, recognised as The meeting place for everyone interested in nutraceuticals, functional foods and the functional drinks industries.

Tapping into their industry experience, Board members advise on conference format, topics and speakers.

Board Member Term

To maintain continuity, each representative is asked to hold a two-year term.

Electronic Brainstorm
Discussions on first ideas will be by an e-mail circular.  Board members are requested to share ideas in this confidential review loop, suggest keynote speakers and recommend chairmen/moderators of sessions.

Call for Abstract Review
To review proposed papers received from the Call for Papers (CFP) and to make recommendations for 'invited' papers from particularly high level executives, as well as for papers on subjects not received from the CFP

Support and Assistance
In small ways, at various times it may be convenient for a Board member to help out such as discussing a topic with a potential speaker, we are grateful for such support.

Conference Attendance
We request Board member attendance at our annual conference and the conference fee is, of course, waived.

Conference Presenter
Members of the Board may be requested to present a session at the annual conference.
